Estate Manager Environmental Management Course – early bird special for online course 3 November 2021
This compact, high impact, half-day course presents the most critical knowledge needed by residential and commercial estate managers and environmental trustees of POA’s to implement, manage and oversee environmental management on their Estates. We will cover the following:
- The legal framework and key pieces of legislation for environmental management in South Africa, how this applies to your estate and identifying and navigating the red flags for legal risk and liability in the estate management context.
- The typical environmental impacts that occur and need to be managed on estates and how to avoid or mitigate them.
- How to manage the implementation of environmental management plans and handle external environmental audits.
- How to make a positive difference to the environment on your estate, and in some cases even save money doing it.
The training package also includes a flash disk (couriered to you) containing the course content, an extensive library of applicable legislation and other useful reference documents, checklists and templates that will ensure that you can manage the environmental aspects of your estate like a pro.
We focus on actual case studies and promote peer sharing to leverage the knowledge and experience of each delegate on the training as we grapple with some of the trickier issues pertaining to environmental management.
Course fees
Our early bird special for this course is not to be missed at R1650 per person and closes on 20 October 2021. For bookings and payments made after this date, the full course fees of R2000 per person applies. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 7 days of the course date or non-attendance on the day. However, we will afford you the opportunity to attend the course when offered again at a later date where this is possible so that you don’t lose out due to unforeseen circumstances.
